It’s our 2-Year Anniversary.
We’ve been quiet here lately, but this milestone deserves a special post. So here it goes—a tale of Venturis Group Inc. over the last two years:

Let’s rewind to the beginning:
We (Gaurav and Arjun) had our independent journeys through the corporate world, both with experience in large companies and startups. We've previously shared how our different background, but shared interests in Product, Sports, a passion for innovation, and making an impact brought us together. Despite our differences, we quickly recognized the strength of our partnership: how our styles complemented each other. Over time, we had brainstormed various ideas about launching a venture together. The universe eventually put us both in the unique position of being out of our corporate careers at the same time. We took that as a sign that it was time to put our ideas into action.
Being product people at heart, most of our ideas centered around launching a product-based company. We started with a long list of concepts and began brainstorming and refining them. We’re both proud product thinkers and strong believers in "Starting with the Why" and identifying a user problem or need that has clear business value and a path to a standalone, viable business with a simple, elegant solution. During this phase, we developed a few ad-hoc frameworks like the PM-Squared, primarily to validate our ideas.
Given our professional backgrounds in Telecom/Networking infrastructure, many of our ideas were rooted in that domain. As we applied our frameworks, we found that most of the ideas fell into two categories:
Problems that didn’t have enough business value to be worth solving.
Fundamentally disruptive ideas (e.g., making digital connectivity truly like a utility) that required large companies or ecosystem partners' GTM vehicles to bring to life.
After objectively evaluating our ideas, we decided to abandon those in Category 1 and focus on getting our disruptive Category 2 ideas patented, while seeking the right ecosystem partners to bring them to fruition. We initially launched Venturis Group Inc. to hold the IPR for these ideas and search for the right collaborators.
However, as we progressed, we realized that few others thought the way we did. We also recognized the power of the frameworks we had developed. It became clear that these frameworks could be valuable to anyone on an innovation journey; anyone trying to build a differentiated product.
That’s when the idea of Venturis as a Services company began to take shape. But we had seen too many service/consulting companies in our careers, and launching another one didn’t appeal to us. Around this time, Gaurav went on what we fondly call his “Ikigai Quest”, an inward journey that brought clarity to what we could uniquely offer. This helped us define our mission: applying lessons from the sports world to business and product development. We created the Venturis Mindset - FAME (Focus, Adaptability, Mojo, and Engagement) and launched our podcast, Venturis Stories, to share our message with the world.
Through it all, those close to us (aware of our product ideas) kept asking: “So is this just a stop-gap until you find the right partner for your product ideas?” We didn’t push back: after all, we are still actively exploring those partnerships. But deep down, we knew that Venturis, in its current form, was a meaningful vehicle for us to pursue our “Ikigai way.” And it was here to stay.
We doubled down and developed a few more frameworks beyond PM-Squared. That foundational framework evolved into our core mantra of "Purpose Driven Innovation." Along the way, we discovered that our frameworks were universally applicable and any entrepreneur or intrapreneur could benefit, provided they had the right innovation ecosystem to support them.
This led us to develop what we now call the Venturis Innovation Equation, a powerful tool to explain to partners the type of ecosystem needed to build truly innovative products. This “equation” brings together founders, funders, researchers, ecosystem partners, and regulators. It clarified our thinking and helped us explain that innovation isn’t just about cool tech, it’s about the right environment.
Fueled by this realization and a desire to be part of the thriving innovation ecosystem in India, we sharpened our focus on “Bridging the Valleys.”
So, here we are, two years in and proud of how far we’ve come with Venturis Group Inc.
Here’s what you can expect from us in the coming year:
Applying the Venturis Innovation Equation and using it as the basis to fuel innovation globally though the Entrepreneur Ignite Summit (our platform, under the umbrella of the COMSNETS conference) to demonstrate its real-world power.
Imminent relaunch of the Venturis Stories Podcast with a “Bridging the Valleys” theme.
Doubling down on Purpose Driven Innovation: partnering with companies looking to bring products to market with societal or environmental impact.
Collaborations with GCCs and service companies in India to help them transition to product-led models as they navigate the Agentic AI era.
Don’t be surprised to see us partnering with a larger ecosystem player to bring our own disruptive ideas in the future of communications infrastructure to life
We are incredibly proud of what we’ve built over these past two years and are excited for what lies ahead. If any of this resonates with you, we’d love to connect. We’re always open to feedback, and if you’re interested in partnering with us in any of these focus areas, please reach out.
